*Our products are tested on humans not animals and we make no claims on any of our products. We list facts about the ingredients that are in the products, but cannot guarantee any sort of results because we have not had any actual scientific tests done so we can make no claims.
Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Orders are processed twice a week. All orders placed by 10am on Mondays will ship out on Thursdays, Orders placed by 10am on Thursdays ships out on Mondays. If your item is on backorder it will take longer, the system will notify you if it’s on backorder. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
No returns, exchanges or cancellations.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your skinfood please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
International shipping is processed via USPS First Class. A tracking number is provided to you at the time that your package is shipped. Use the tracking number to check on your package. See below regarding customs.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Orders delayed by customs is the customer’s responsibility to resolve with customs. Once your order is shipped out of Miami it is no longer our responsibility to resolve.
Track your order with the tracking number provided to you. Please note, at times USPS will not enter the step by step tracking of your product when it leaves Miami. Then miraculously it will show up on the tracking system or better yet on your door step. Please contact us once your timeframe has passed to receive your order.

We offer First Class Shipping and Priority Mail to Domestic customers and First Class Shipping to International Customers.
If you need your item expeditiously please contact us to accommodate you. Depending on the size of the order there may be an expedited processing fee.
All items are handmade so please allow 1-2 weeks processing time from date of purchase before your item is shipped. For custom orders please allow 4-6 weeks depending on the order. We will do our very best to process as soon as possible.
All products are handmade in small batches. Each batch can vary in consistency, color and at times a slight difference in size.
All body butters and hair butters are whipped. This whipped consistency gives our butters a very light feel. Due to the butters being whipped they are packaged in larger jars to hold the butters.
During the summer season butters may melt during shipping. Each jar is packed with appropriate size butter. Butters are whipped and will change consistency when melted, this will cause the butter to look less in the jar. Same amount different consistency same great benefits and feel.
